Her expertise has covered all roles from personal training to management of some of the world’s leading health club chains. Kelly has also worked as an International Presenter and former co-host for Aerobics Oz style and for numerous fitness videos as well as exercise consultant for Good Morning Australia.

Chris has immersed himself in the fitness industry since 2009, driven by a passion for training that originated from his involvement in competitive sports. His noteworthy achievements include representing Australia in Lacrosse and serving as the captain of the Western Australian team in 2007.

Chris comes from a rugby background having played First grade & representative Rugby in New Zealand. Chris was also selected to attend the International Rugby Academy in 2008. Since retiring from rugby he has focused his attention to becoming a highly successful coach in the health & fitness industry. Chris also has experience in natural bodybuilding having competed himself in Men’s Physique in 2016.

Liam Bourke

Liam has been involved in competitive sports from the age of 5. He has played representative rugby, and competed at national levels of athletics, weightlifting, powerlifting and strongman. Sports and training has always been his passion, and so a career in strength and conditioning was an easy decision.
Liam believes in creating a balance between the academic and practical worlds – while it’s important to do plenty of research, it’s equally important to put in the slog at the gym and find out what works. Liam’s eye for detail allows him to improve clients posture, weak links and biomechanics, before increasing their strength levels in the safest possible way.

Mitch’s interest in health and fitness came later in life after deciding to join a local martial arts club wanting to make a positive change. Beginning with boxing and Muay Thai he developed a passion for fitness that eventually led to an interest in strength training and nutrition and in 2016 he turned his passion and hobby into a fulltime endeavour.
Always seeking to improve his knowledge of weight training and nutrition and uninspired by the culture of commercial gyms, Mitch established himself at Shredded Health and Performance in 2020 allowing him to learn from the best in the industry.

Vlad Naumovski

Vlad has been involved in competitive sport from a very young age, starting off with Martial Arts and then transitioning into football (soccer). Vlad currently plays State League football here in WA. Health and Fitness has always been a massive passion in Vlad’s life.
Along with constantly striving to better his own performance, Vlad’s ambition to help people improve their performance is a big priority for him. He has a willingness to pass on knowledge and thoroughly enjoys providing information to his clients in order for them to continually be better and achieve their goals, both physically and mentally.

Meet Lewis, one of our dedicated personal trainers whose journey in fitness coaching was sparked by his love for martial arts. This achievement ignited a deep curiosity within him about the body’s incredible capabilities and potential. Stefan Ostojic
Coach - Level 2B
Stefan’s passion for training started when he became involved in Kung Fu at age 13. Since then, he has competed in Futsal at a state level and now has a keen interest in indoor rock climbing. While these avenues seem very different, Stefan noticed the stronger and fitter he was, the better he performed.
Stefan’s Honours Degree in Sport Science, Exercise and Health has equipped him with an analytical approach to Strength Training and Biomechanics. His experience in a number of holistic disciplines allows him to take a well-rounded approach to health and fitness.
Stefan recognised his passion for Coaching while working in Karratha, focusing on his client’s needs and pushing them to always improve and be their absolute best. Raymond comes from a sporting background, having always been involved in competitive sport from a young age. Ray’s sporting background is made up of track and field events; specifically running, boxing, and weight training. More recently Ray’s passion and training is largely focused around CrossFit. Ray currently competes in CrossFit competitions, either local WA based competitions or larger online qualifiers. Health, fitness and living an active lifestyle has always been at the forefront of his personal and professional life.
Ray has a desire for improving performance of clients both mentally and physically. With a massive passion for teaching and always willing to pass on thorough knowledge, he strives to continually better himself to better others.

I am a qualified sport nutritionist and personal trainer. I focus on guiding and supporting my clients through nutrition, fitness and mindset to help them to improve various factors of the body and mind. These include strength, hypertrophy, fat loss, mental health and self-confidence, or to improve general longevity of their life through improving overall health. If someone asked if you wanted to live longer, I’m sure you would say yes wouldn’t you? Driven by getting results for my client, I focus not only on the physical but also the mental improvement of my clients which has always been a passion of mine since starting my career in nutrition and fitness. I believe they both go hand-in-hand and work in positive correlation which in turn helps achieve those goals you set yourself at the start of your journey. I tailor, individualise and educate my clients on their nutrition plans to suit their lifestyle, body composition, activity level, preference and goal, as I understand that every client is different.
I am a graduate of MSc in Sport Nutrition and BSc honours Sport & Exercise Science which I completed in Liverpool, UK. Whilst studying I worked alongside numerous elite sports teams including Liverpool Ladies Football Team, Everton Football Club and Newcastle Falcons Rugby Union Team. I was fortunate enough to assist support various different roles including nutrition, pre-season and in- season fitness and performance analysis.
When I’m not keeping busy with my clients check-ins and sessions, I like to also work on my personal growth. I attend a weekly meditation class and ensure I complete a daily practise of meditation and journalling as it helps me to stay grounded, focus on my own personal goals and wake up ready to tackle the day ahead with determination!

Diana Montvilaite

From an early age, I engaged in competitive sports, including short- distance sprints, basketball, kickboxing, mountain biking, strength training, and various types of dancing. Later on in life the desire to push my limits led to embracing endurance running, conquering half marathons and even a marathon.
My passion for fitness, empathetic nature, and desire to make a positive impact on other people’s lives guided me to pursue a career as a Personal Trainer. With the background in Psychology studies, I approach training holistically, placing significant emphasis on individuals’ mindsets. My aim is to help them overcome barriers that might hinder their physical and mental well-being.
My best advice to the clients is simple, but powerful: “Do not try to change everything at once. Take one step at the time, and accumulation of small changes will lead to remarkable results”

The most enjoyable part of fitness to me is the difference it can make, seeing people come from the bottom and climb to the top and being proud of themselves and creating a healthy lifestyle makes the job worthwhile. The reason I became a coach was to help those who felt they weren’t able, who didn’t believe in themselves realise they are able. As a young girl I was always told ‘don’t train too much you don’t want to be bulking’ and I think that only made me want to train more! And as I did, I fell in love with the process, the community, the development, and the change it had on my life. My aim is to provide this to as many people as I can as a coach. I love helping people and showing them their capabilities in and outside the gym, as I am also currently gaining my Level 6 in Nutrition for weight management and athletic performance.
Who inspires me: Chris Burnstead, his discipline and drive and consistency is something I will forever aim to stand to.
Advice I would give someone just starting in the gym: Don’t compare your day 1 to someone else’s 100. We all start on day 1 and this is the hardest day so well done for making it here!

Vihang is an accredited exercise physiologist (AEP), exercise scientist (AES) and senior strength & conditioning coach at HPS. Vi has over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry with his forte in injury prevention and rehabilitation through strength training.
