Diana Montvilaite
From an early age, Diana engaged in competitive sports, including short- distance sprints, basketball, kickboxing, mountain biking, strength training, and various types of dancing. Later on, in life the desire to push her limits led to embracing endurance running, conquering half marathons and even a marathon.
Her passion for fitness, empathetic nature, and desire to make a positive impact on other people’s lives guided her to pursue a career as a Personal Trainer. With a background in Psychology studies, she approaches training holistically, placing significant emphasis on individuals’ mindsets. Her aim is to help them overcome barriers that might hinder their physical and mental well-being.
Diana is inspired by; “Bethany Hamilton’s resilience and determination. Her journey motivates me to embrace challenges and use it as opportunities for growth and strength.”
Diana says; “Do not try to change everything at once. Take one step at the time, and accumulation of small changes will lead to remarkable results.”

- Bachelor of Psychology (2006)
- Certificate III in Fitness
- Certificate VI in Fitness
- Senior First Aid and CPR
- Zumba Fitness instructor
