Chris has immersed himself in the fitness industry since 2009, driven by a passion for training that originated from his involvement in competitive sports. His noteworthy achievements include representing Australia in Lacrosse and serving as the captain of the Western Australian team in 2007.
In the early stages of his career, Chris found inspiration in the teachings of Charles Poliquin, whose principles significantly shaped his approach to fitness.
After residing in Sydney for eight years, Chris redirected his focus towards the psychology of change management, particularly in the realm of health and fitness goals.
His dedication to coaching is evident in his commitment to helping individuals achieve their aspirations through a well-rounded and holistic approach, encompassing expert training, nutrition, and psychology. Chris firmly believes that one’s health is paramount, serving as the foundation for a fulfilling life.
