Introducing Corinne, most at Shredded know her as CJ – An OG of the Shredded family! She left briefly to explore new horizons, but the magnetic pull of Shredded brought her back to us. After all, there’s no place quite like home, especially when home is a fitness haven. 

CJ can be found basking in the sunset or sunrise, travelling the world or exploring the wonders of nature – from swimming with majestic whale sharks or accompanied by her Italian Greyhound and Cavoodle navigating scenic trails, fur babies in tow.  Wednesday nights are a special affair – not just because they mark the middle of the week. Picture this: CJ, with her signature smile, sipping on a colorful concoction, unwinding from the day’s hustle, and sharing laughs with friends.  It’s the perfect balance of work hard, play hard – a mantra she lives by.  

When she’s not on adventures, she channels her energy into helping others, reveling in the joy of seeing people achieve their goals.
