Currently studying marketing and advertising at university. Eden has a bubbly and friendly personality and always wants to put a smile on someone’s face. Living a healthy and active lifestyle has always been important to her. 

Since starting at shredded in September 2022, Eden has felt motivated to kick start her fitness journey and now she looks forward to going to the gym.

Who inspires you, & why: My mum! She has overcome great obstacles in life, she is passionate about what she does, I look up to her as a role model and I aspire to be like her one day.

 What’s the best piece of advice you can give to someone just starting out on their fitness journey? Consistency is key! And it’s a marathon not a sprint.
