That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce our latest addition: the “True Ice Bath.” Unlike traditional cold plunges, our Odin Ice Bath can be programmed to maintain any temperature between 15ºC to 0ºC. It can even produce its own ice, if you’re up for the challenge!
The True Ice Bath, is renowned for its ability to accelerate post-workout recovery by constricting blood vessels and eliminating metabolic waste. Moreover, the invigorating cold temperature effectively reduces inflammation and alleviates muscle soreness.

When we willingly subject our bodies to stress, such as an ice bath, it compels us to be fully present, harness our willpower, and invest in our hard work! The result? A release of dopamine and a natural dose of courage which we carry it with us throughout the day and apply it to navigate various stressors in our lives.
Your Questions, Answered!
The ideal temperature for an ice bath range from 6 to 10 degrees It is advisable not to exceed 10 minutes in the bath at a stretch. Remember, consistency is more effective than prolonged exposure. If you are a beginner, begin with one minute in the ice bath followed by one minute out, repeating this cycle three times. As your body adapts, gradually increase your duration in the bath.
Infrared sauna sessions last for 45 minutes,
Ice bath sessions are 20 minutes and,
Contrast sessions are 60 minutes.
Remember, the later you arrive, the less time you have for each session. It’s advisable to arrive early, especially if it’s your first session.

Certainly! Schedule a 2:1 session via the Mindbody app or get in touch with us via email or phone to reserve your spot. If you prefer booking online, please ensure that your friend also schedules their appointment through the Mindbody app simultaneously. Feel free to reach out to Shredded Health & Performance if you require any assistance. Kindly note that the recovery room is strictly for individuals aged 16 and above.
When using the sauna, it is recommended to wear underwear or bathing suits for comfort. Since you will sweat profusely, it’s important to choose clothing that allows for ease of movement. After your session, loose-fitting clothes are advisable.
For the ice bath, it is recommended to wear bathing suits or something that you don’t mind getting wet.
A water bottle to ensure you stay hydrated, we have plenty of refills or you can also purchase a VOSS on your way in. While you are welcome to bring your own towel, we provide towels for each session.
Certainly! We highly recommend allowing your body to naturally cool down after using the Infrared sauna and taking a shower once you’re back home. This will ensure that you continue to experience the benefits for up to an hour after your session concludes.
Additionally, if you plan on having an ice bath, it is absolutely crucial to shower beforehand.
We also require you to shower after your Infrared sauna before entering the ice bath for hygiene reasons. This is why we suggest Ice BEFORE Fire.
Applying oils and lotions in the sauna is not recommended. Doing so can clog your pores, hinder sweating, and potentially stain the wood.
Absolutely! Simply ensure you keep a watchful eye on it, as it has the tendency to heat up.
Enjoy access to all FIRE & ICE facilities at Shredded. Simply log in through the Mindbody App to make your bookings. Please note that the maximum number of daily appointments for the Infrared Sauna and Ice Bath is limited to one each. Furthermore, you can schedule up to 5 appointments per week.
Your membership fee will be automatically debited fortnightly from the card you have provided. To ensure a seamless membership experience, we require a minimum commitment of 4 weeks. Should you wish to cancel your membership, please provide us with one week’s notice.
As a member, you have the advantage of bringing a friend to your session at a discounted rate of $15. However, please note that subscriptions cannot be shared or used by another person.
Lastly, we kindly ask that you honour your appointments as scheduled. Failure to show up to an appointment will result in the full price being charged for a casual booking.
