Growing up in Ireland, Shaz discovered her love for fitness through Gaelic Football, and she’s still chasing a ball on the field today—it’s her favorite way to sneak in cardio. Over the years, she’s coached in Ireland, New York, and Australia, continually expanding her knowledge and expertise. Shaz brings this wealth of experience to every session, combining a results-driven approach with plenty of laughs and banter. Her clients may leave with a smile, even if their muscles are crying on the inside!
