- Is this delivered in an app?Yes. Training is delivered through FITR. Every session is clearly laid out inside the app so you always know what you are doing.
- What do I need to get started?At minimum you need FITR access. A heart rate monitor improves execution accuracy and helps you hit zone targets more precisely.
- Is it cancel anytime?Yes. No lock-in, no commitment. You can cancel at any time from inside FITR.
