Fiber is a light berry prebiotic drink mix from NutriDyn for people wanting gentle daily support for intestinal health, regular waste elimination, weight management efforts, blood glucose already in the normal range, and a healthy lipid profile. It combines rice bran powder, fructooligosaccharides, psyllium husk, chicory root, apple pectin, and oat bran to feed beneficial gut bacteria and support healthy immune and digestive tract function.
