“Before joining Shredded, I struggled to maintain motivation for my eating plan and intense training after a decade of playing football. Last year, as winter approached, I lacked clear goals and direction and wanted to ensure my performance did not drop off on the field as well as off it.
Since becoming part of Shredded, my passion for training and nutrition has reignited. Physically, I feel great and full of energy, while mentally, I’m sharp throughout the day.
During my initial consultation, Kelly provided detailed explanations of nutrition guidelines and programming, all presented in easy-to-follow guides.
The gym’s variety of equipment and tailored programs keep me excited to improve daily. The monthly accountability has been invaluable to keeping me on track to reaching my goals… especially after indulgent overseas holidays.
I’ve gained knowledge about various training types, from hypertrophy and strength to mobility and my nutrition is now a lifestyle.
Despite a recent on-field injury, Kelly and the team helped me adapt my program and have assisted me on the gym floor, allowing me to continue to progress towards my goals.
