Do I need to be fit already?

No. You don't need a "base" before you start. We meet you where you're at, assess what you can do now, and build your plan from there — safely, progressively, and with support so you're not guessing.

Is this suitable for beginners/returners?

Yes. It's ideal for beginners and people returning after time off because everything is structured and coached. We'll set the plan to your current level, adjust as you build confidence, and progress you without overwhelm or burnout.

How many days per week do I need to train?

Most people get great results with 3–4 days per week. If you can only commit to 2–3, we'll still build a plan that works — it just means we're more strategic with your sessions.

In your discovery call, we'll recommend the minimum effective training rhythm for your goal and lifestyle.

Is this just another gym membership?

No. Shredded isn't built around "access." It's a coaching-led environment built around a system: personalised programming, progression, guidance, and support.

You're not left to figure it out — you're given a plan and the structure to follow it.

Do you help with nutrition?

Yes, depending on your starting pathway:

  • Quick Start (Self-Directed): This option is primarily a training structure. Nutrition support isn't included by default, but you can add it through our consultation options or 1:1 coaching if you want more guidance and accountability.
  • Coach-led pathways (Consult To Start, Results Accelerator, 12-Week Transformation): Nutrition is part of the system. We'll set a clear nutrition framework aligned to your goal, and adjust it as you progress — practical, realistic, and sustainable (no extremes, no guesswork).
