All bookings for classes, sauna, ice baths, compression boots, massage and recovery services are managed through the Shredded App.

How do I book group classes?

All group classes are booked through the Shredded App (Mindbody). Download the app, create your account, then book your preferred class time.

Do I need to be “fit” to start?

No. Our classes are coach-led and designed for all levels. We scale intensity and movements so you can train at your level and build from there.

Which class should I do first?

If you’re unsure, start with a Strength, Sculpt or Endurance session and let our coaches guide your weekly structure based on your goals.

What should I bring to class?

Bring a towel and water bottle

What if I’ve got an injury or limitation?

Let your coach know before class. We can provide regressions, alternatives and intensity adjustments so you can keep training safely.

How does HYROX training work at Shredded?

As an Official HYROX Training Club, we combine hybrid conditioning with strength endurance and station-specific work (ski/row, sleds, carries, wall balls). Sessions are coached and structured for progression.

What’s the difference between HYROX Conditioning and HYROX Pro X?

HYROX Conditioning focuses on building your engine, pacing and station efficiency. HYROX Pro X is a higher-intensity, performance-focused session for experienced members who want to push output and race readiness.

Do class times change?

Times may vary during public holidays or special events. The most up-to-date timetable is always shown inside the Shredded App.

Can I train HYROX without racing?

Absolutely. HYROX-style training improves fitness, strength endurance and body composition. You can train for performance without competing.

How do I enquire or get help choosing a plan?
