Our group training classes are a great way to get in shape and re-energise your body in a motivating group environment!

At Shredded, each of our group training classes have been specially designed to complement the personalised training available to our members. Our classes vary in structure, intensity and style so you’re bound to find the right one for you!

Sometimes we all need that extra source of motivation to get us in the gym and in the zone to smash out an epic training session.

Under the guidance of Perth’s top coaches, our group training classes are about coming together as a community to build up a sweat and have fun while you’re at it!

Shredded classes have been carefully designed to help participants move and sculpt their entire body through various levels of style and intensity. Focusing on a range of factors from strength, fitness and flexibility, you’ll always be left feeling accomplished in your efforts and inspired by the energy and enthusiasm of those around you!

How to book your class using the Shredded App:

  1. Download and open the MINDBODY application on your App Store!
  2. Search ‘Shredded’, in the search bar located at the top of the page.
  3. Select ‘Shredded Health & Performance'.
  4. Scroll down to ‘Upcoming Classes’ and select ‘See All’.
  5. Select a date and the class you would like to attend.
  6. Select ‘Book’ and the offer that best suits you.
  7. Select ‘Next’ and follow the payment prompts for your chosen class.
  8. Scan your key tag on entry for your class.
