Coach - Level 3A

In the industry since 2016, Mitch‘s first sport was soccer as a child and then later Muay thai and boxing in his early 20’s after a long hiatus from sports. Later falling into weight training by chance, drawing inspiration from old school bodybuilders for their intense focus, ascetic dedication, and no-nonsense approach to training.

He aims to push his clients beyond their perceived limits and through knowledge-sharing and education he’s able to support them in reaching their goals.  He advocates the importance of consistently strength training and following balanced nutrition plan not only for improving physical health and conditioning but also for mental and emotional well-being.

When not in the gym Mitch is at home, with his cat Shiloh, playing guitar and planning his next overseas holiday.
