Coach - Level 3B
Liam has been involved in competitive sports from the age of 5. He has played representative rugby, and competed at national levels of athletics, weightlifting, powerlifting and strongman. Sports and training has always been his passion, and so a career in strength and conditioning was an easy decision.
Liam believes in creating a balance between the academic and practical worlds – while it’s important to do plenty of research, it’s equally important to put in the slog at the gym and find out what works. Liam’s eye for detail allows him to improve clients posture, weak links and biomechanics, before increasing their strength levels in the safest possible way.
Liam says “I believe that training to perform at an optimal level by improving structural balance, movement patterns and strength levels will lead to a body that not only looks great, but performs even better”.
