This is why I do what I do.
In my experience, I’ve found it all starts with creating good lifestyle habits, maintaining a positive mindset and having an educated approach to nutrition and training.
When I started out, I had 10 years of gymnastics, dance and athletics behind me, which acted as a springboard into weight based training.
From there, I became fascinated by the combination of training, nutrition and the challenge of making it work in day to day life.
It’s more than just an hour in the gym. It’s about embracing the parts of your life you want and letting go of what you don’t need – which can be a really tough ask. Fortunately, we aren’t designed to do it alone and I feel privileged to be in a position to help you do it.
