Level One B Coach

Originally from South Africa, I competed in a large variety of sports, but the three that taught me the most, was Running, Rowing and Natural Bodybuilding. Running gave me perseverance and determination. Rowing taught me the importance of team work and accountability and finally, Bodybuilding gave me confidence and taught me how to trust, not only in myself but more importantly, in my coach.

I currently have a keen interest in natural health and have hopes to complete a degree in Naturopathy in the near future.

I’m a firm believer that everyone needs a coach, as these are the people who demand more from us than anyone else. They see the potential within us and do everything they can in their power to bring it out.

As a coach, it is not only my job but my ambition to help others unleash their potential and continue to raise their standards, so that they are able to grow into the person they wish to be. Now, in order for me to do so, I need to continually raise the standards of my own and so I strive to learn from the very best people in the industry each and every day.
