Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5.30pm and 7.00pm – 8.30pm

Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm and 7.00pm – 8.00pm

Saturday 5.45am – 4.00pm

Sunday 7.00am – 12.00am

Semi-Private Personal Training Hours (Red Shirt)

Monday to Friday 7.00am – 9.00am

Monday to Thursday 4.30pm – 5.30pm and 6.30pm – 7.30pm

We are open EVERY day except Xmas Day and New Year’s Day.

On all other WA public holidays we are open from 5am until 12pm. Please see our friendly team for more information.
