Kelly has over 27 years working and training with the best in the Industry. She was noted by Charles Poliquin one of Australia’s best trainers. Her expertise has covered all roles from personal training to management of some of the world’s leading health club chains.
Kelly has also worked as an International Presenter and former co-host for Aerobics Oz style and for numerous fitness videos as well as exercise consultant for Good Morning Australia.
Ongoing studies are currently in Functional Medicine, Strength and Conditioning and business management. Before founding Shredded, Kelly worked in over 37 different gyms around the world. Her passion is to help as many people as possible be the best that they can be.

Shane Castlemain
Operations Manager
Shane has spent the last 17 years cooking in some of Perths best restaurants. In early 2019 his life took a big turn. He became a father and also decided to pursue his passion for Health and fitness at Shredded Health and Performnce. He says “in order to be the best you have to surround yourself with the best”. And he is driven to share his wisdom with as many people as possible.
Shane began playing football at the age of 6, and was also involved in athletics, tennis, cricket and basketball to name a few.
He has also spent a fair chunk of time exploring the amazing surf all over Indonesia. Cooking still is and always will be a passion. He believes it’s something that goes hand in hand with a balanced lifestyle of exercise and good nutrition.
He wants to inspire his clients to love their training and be creative in the kitchen. Shane Says ‘I’m a big believer in creating healthy habits that are sustainable’ He hopes to motivate as many people as he can especially parents and older clients that may have neglected this area in the past!

Chris also has experience in natural bodybuilding having competed himself in Men’s Physique in 2016.

Vihang is a dedicated and passionate exercise physiologist and strength and conditioning coach. Having over 15 years’ experience in the fitness industry he is highly knowledgeable in motivating and training novice exercisers for health and wellness to recreational sports enthusiasts and amateur athletes with sports specific requirements. Vihang’s forte is in injury prevention and management through strength training and helping people overcome their physical limitations to achieving their best physical fitness. His adaptive training style coupled with his knowledge on functional anatomy and movement has seen him successfully rehabilitate athletes to fast track their return to sport without which they weren’t able to continue otherwise.

Liam Bourke

Liam has been involved in competitive sports from the age of 5. He has played representative rugby, and competed at national levels of athletics, weightlifting, powerlifting and strongman. Sports and training has always been his passion, and so a career in strength and conditioning was an easy decision.
Liam believes in creating a balance between the academic and practical worlds – while it’s important to do plenty of research, it’s equally important to put in the slog at the gym and find out what works. Liam’s eye for detail allows him to improve clients posture, weak links and biomechanics, before increasing their strength levels in the safest possible way.

Mitch Py

Mitch’s interest in health and fitness came later in life after deciding to join a local martial arts club wanting to make a positive change. Beginning with boxing and Muay Thai he developed a passion for fitness that eventually led to an interest in strength training and nutrition and in 2016 he turned his passion and hobby into a fulltime endeavour.
Always seeking to improve his knowledge of weight training and nutrition and uninspired by the culture of commercial gyms, Mitch established himself at Shredded Health and Performance in 2020 allowing him to learn from the best in the industry.
Mitch believes in the constant pursuit of self improvement and education and with careful planning, consistency and a positive attitude he can help his clients reach the next level.

Raymond Espinos

Raymond comes from a sporting background, having always been involved in competitive sport from a young age. Ray’s sporting background is made up of track and field events; specifically running, boxing, and weight training. More recently Ray’s passion and training is largely focused around CrossFit. Ray currently competes in CrossFit competitions, either local WA based competitions or larger online qualifiers. Health, fitness and living an active lifestyle has always been at the forefront of his personal and professional life.
Ray has a desire for improving performance of clients both mentally and physically. With a massive passion for teaching and always willing to pass on thorough knowledge, he strives to continually better himself to better others.
Ray’s approach to exercise is holistic in the sense that he takes the best aspects of Gymnastics, Weight Training, Olympic lifting and Calisthenics delivering results-based programs to his clients. Stefan Ostojic

Stefan’s passion for training started when he became involved in Kung Fu at age 13. Since then, he has competed in Futsal at a state level and now has a keen interest in indoor rock climbing. While these avenues seem very different, Stefan noticed the stronger and fitter he was, the better he performed.
Stefan’s Honours Degree in Sport Science, Exercise and Health has equipped him with an analytical approach to Strength Training and Biomechanics. His experience in a number of holistic disciplines allows him to take a well-rounded approach to health and fitness.
Stefan recognised his passion for Coaching while working in Karratha, focusing on his client’s needs and pushing them to always improve and be their absolute best. Bow Stein
Coach - Level 1A
Having been involved in sport since a young age both with surf lifesaving and rugby league Bow was passionate and excited by seeing people not just himself reach their potential both physically and mentally.
For this reason he made the decision when he left school to go and study exercise science and in particular rehabilitation to help people as best he can reach their true potential. His current studies are not just about rehabilitating the injured but educating people on what the need to be doing to ensure they don’t injure themselves in the first place. This is for both sport people and general pop.
Bow is excited to be able to help people reach their full potential both on and off the field, be it a game of rugby league or playing with your kids at the park.

Nick Fitzsimmons

Nick is passionate about health and wellness. After receiving a few injuries from playing high level rugby and water polo in high school, he knows the importance of mobility, strength and condition training to help with recovery and general health; both physical and mental.
Nick is on his own health and fitness journey here at Shredded. Starting in March 2022, Nick not only joined the gym as an employee, but a dedicated trainee looking to improve his own health and fitness. Just like many of you, Nick is excited about the possibility of transformation, and what better place to make this happen than Shredded Heath & Performance.

Nadia Nesevski

Nadia’s passion for fitness has grown over years, making her more eager to be a part of the industry. Nadia’s athletic background has been memorable, with her winning many medals including champion girl in school. Nadia’s true passion for the fitness industry began when she started studying sports as an atar subject. Years on, Nadia has been trained by many knowledgeable coaches and has gained a lot of knowledge about macronutrients, flexible dieting and the importance of exercising.
Nadia strives to make sure that satisfaction meets expectations. With her bright and bubbly attitude, anything is possible to overcome.

Ebony Doran
Reception
Growing up, Ebony was a very athletic and sporty person. She has done figure skating, played AFL and has played in an elite netball team where she has travelled within Australia to play. Due to injuries, Ebony had to stop playing sports at a higher level. She now enjoys weight training and is always keen to learn more about health and fitness. Mental health is a big passion for Ebony and she enjoys volunteering with mental health organisations. One of her favourite past times though, is spending time with her dog Charlie.
