Marty has over 20 years experience in training top level athletes as has drawn from this experience as well as the knowledge from numerous course to develop this 18 week program. A program that he has personally trialed with great results.
This program is 18 weeks of periodised programs that progressively get more challenging but flow really well to ensure you do not get lost. Programs are designed for:
- Hypertrophy (increased muscle)
- Athleticism and Fat Loss
It has developed to be done at Shredded using a number of the advanced pieces of equipment you will not find elsewhere and includes membership as part of the program.
With only two weeks on each program you will never get bored and while your body will have to constantly try and adapt to each training cycle you will never get stale and actually adapt.
Now is the time to take your training and results to the next level. Results that will ensure by the time Summer comes around you will be in the best shape of your life.
Be aware, this Ultimate athlete is not for the faint-hearted. You will be challenged, you will need to push yourself but the results WILL be WORTH IT!

What you will receive in our Ultimate Athlete Program:
18 Weeks Full Membership ($77 per week) OR 12 Weeks Off Peak Membership. ($50 per week)

This Ultimate Athlete Program includes FREE SUPERVISED training sessions with Perth’s Best Coaches every day of the week during certain times in the morning and evening. Our ‘Supervised Red shirt’ hours are listed below :
Monday – Thursday from 6.00am -10.30am and 5.30pm – 8.00pm
Friday from 6.00am -10.30am and 5.30pm – 7.00pm
Saturday from 7.30am – 9.00am
However, you can train anytime during our opening hours which are :
Monday – Thursday from 5.45am – 8.30pm
Friday from 5.45am – 8.00pm
Saturday from 6.45am – 2.00pm
Sunday Class at 8.00am – 9.00am ( $15 Members and $30 Non-Members)
