Your 12 week membership includes FREE SUPERVISED training sessions with Perth’s Best Coaches every day of the week during certain times in the morning and evening. Our ‘Supervised Red shirt’ hours are listed below :

Monday – Thursday from 6.00am -10.30am and 5.30pm – 8.00pm
Friday from 6.00am -10.30am and 5.30pm – 7.00pm
Saturday from 7.30am – 9.00am

However, you can train anytime during our opening hours which are :

Monday – Thursday from 5.45am – 8.30pm
Friday from 5.45am – 8.00pm
Saturday from 6.45am – 2.00pm
Sunday Class at 8.00am – 9.00am ( $15 Members and $30 Non-Members)
